Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alpha's Market. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 8–15 business days after processing. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. Holiday periods can add delays with carriers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at generalmarket369@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
