Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Alpha's Market. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

14-day returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at generalmarket369@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Return shipping is free for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and apparel that has been worn or washed (such as pajamas) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
